The latest installment of the odd ‘Lyin’Brian’ Williams story is unfolding as news department employees get to vent their anger over ‘one of their own’ who went a little too far with his self-enhancing lies. According to a senior staffer, employees cleaning out the veteran anchor’s dressing room locker found ‘odd items’ inconsistent with news reporting hanging in his personal locker.

It appears the most recent lie to come to the surface, AKA:’The Chopper Whopper,’ has caused the network enough embarassment to force Williams to take several days off the air in order to ‘investigate’ the lies and grandoise innuendo perpetrated by their senior news editor Brian Williams. Williams apologized, but since then other stories by Williams have come under scrutiny such as his claim that he saw a body or bodies in the Hurricane Katrina floodwaters that hit New Orleans in 2005.

His remarks in a 2006 interview drew suspicion because there was relatively little flooding in New Orleans’ French Quarter, the area where Williams was staying. A person at NBC confirmed that the $10 million-dollar-a-year-Williams stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, which is in an area where a news photographer and a law enforcement official said they saw bodies.
Completely separate from the 2003 Iraq helicopter incident Brian Williams confessed to lying about this week, there seems to be a 2007 video of Williams claiming he was involved in another hairy wartime incident involving a different helicopter during a different war. According to the NBC Nightly News anchor, during “the war with Hezballah in Israel, a few years back…there were Katyusha rockets passing just beneath the helicopter I was riding in.”

Items found yesterday in his locker by NBC workers who were taking Williams personal items into safe keeping were described as odd and bizarre by senior janitor Belvue Jones who talked with SatireWorld…” “There were several super hero capes, a map with telephone booth locations in the city, rolls of sticky-string-like material, a pair of x-ray vision glasses, editor Perry White’s phone number, and a secret decoder ring too!”

Jones also spoke about a photo of Williams in a Societ-era KGB uniform with a chest full of medals and a firemen’s helmet still in its original wrapper.

Long before he was caught lying about his chopper being forced down by enemy fire in Iraq in his much heralded 2003 incident, Brian Williams boasted how he bravely rescued a terrified puppy from a house fire.

Or maybe it was two puppies.

The truth-challenged NBC anchor once told dueling versions of his supposed heroics as a teenage volunteer firefighter with the Old Village Fire Company in Middletown, NJ.

Williams: “I remember one such house fire . . . conducting a search on my hands and knees, when I felt something warm, squishy and furry on the floor of a closet,” Williams said.

“I instinctively tucked it in my coat. When I got outside, I saw two small eyes staring up at me, and I returned the 3-week-old and very scared puppy to its grateful owners,” he said.

But in July 2005, he told a different story, insisting he had saved not one but two pups from certain death.

“All I ever did as a volunteer fireman was once save two puppies,” he said, according to Esquire magazine.

Brian Williams closest associates have said for many years….’There isn’t a hat big enough to cover that asshole’s head.’
