In a large jail break, dangerous felons have escaped from San Quentin State Prison for men, following a week of continuous rioting. A series of new California laws passed by the California Legislature and signed by Democratic Governor Jerry Brown (D-CA) that went into effect on January 1, 2018 is blamed for this eruption of violence.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) have blocked all roads (including Interstate 5 and 10) from the State of California to Nevada, Oregon and Arizona> The US Border Patrol is covering the Mexican border and the US Coast Guard the Pacific Ocean. Local police forces are covering airports, buses and train stations. These felons have been found guilty of such recent transgressions as:

  • Restaurant personal who voluntarily give out plastic straws to customers needlessly, who didn’t ask for them
  • Joggers, campers and others not having a restrained plastic soda/water bottle cap holder to save the environment (like ripping off a mattress tag)
  • 80 to 95-year old hunters and life-long California residents caught trying to buy ammunition, but have no AMMO background check
  • Potential forest fire arsonists who didn’t close the match book cover before striking matches
  • Employers who ask about a job applicant’s previous criminal history
  • Police officers who ask about the immigration status of criminals while on the job
  • City residents violating California Sanctuary State protections of illegal immigrants
  • Employees who have ignored the California mandated employer provided harassment training classes

The California National Guard and US Federal law enforcement agency personnel may have to be activated by governor Brown should rioting and jail breaks occur at other California state prisons, for both men and women, overloading state resources!
