New York City, NY – (satireworld.com)

As Senate Republicans press for a swift vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Senate Democrats are investigating a new allegation of misconduct against Kavanaugh. The claim dates to the 1983-84 academic school year, when Kavanaugh was a freshman at Yale University and visited Manhattan with several friends. The offices of at least four Democratic senators have received information about the allegation, and at least two have begun investigating it.

Senior Republican staffers also learned of the allegation last week and, in conversations with The New York Times, expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh’s nomination. Soon after, Senate Republicans issued renewed calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote. The Democratic Senate offices reviewing the allegations believe that they merit further investigation. “This is another serious, credible, and disturbing allegation against Brett Kavanaugh. It should be fully investigated,” Senator Mazie Hirono, of Hawaii, said. An aide in one of the other Senate offices added, “These allegations seem credible, and we’re taking them very seriously. If established, they’re clearly disqualifying.”

The woman at the center of the story, Donna Elmsworth, who is fifty-three, attended Pacer College, where she studied sociology and psychology. Later, she spent years working for an organization that supports victims of indecent monetary practices. The NY Times reportedly contacted Elmsworth after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh while he was visiting New York City in 1983.

After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Elmsworth said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she definitely remembers Kavanaugh had only left a two dollar tip for a meal with his friends that amounted to a final tab of almost $200.00! Elmsworth claimed she worked at a busy Manhattan restaurant in the early eighties and counted on tips to pay her tuition. “They even had dessert and two bottles of Lancers Rose!”

The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer. For Elmsworth, she says the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She claims she was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking for close to 35 years after the time of the alleged incident.

Senator Hirono says she’ll not vote for Kavanaugh since she felt tip stiffing is equal to financial rape and Kavanaugh must be punished accordingly.

The New York Times is also investigating a shocking claim from a childhood friend concerning Kavanaugh’s behavior at a party. Betty Brown, who now lives in Baltimore, Md claims Brett Kavanaugh gave her a disgusting ‘wet willy’ back in 1973 while he appeared to suffering from the mood changing effects of drinking sugared caffeinated beverages at her 5th birthday party.

Senator Hirono (D-HI) is several bowls of Poi short of a Luau, when it comes to understanding the fundamentals of the US Constitution’s 1) being innocent until proven guilty, 2) Due Process, 3) evidence and 4) a jury trial by one’s peers!

Yeah, that old bothersome ‘double-standard’ once again….The Hollywood Left can finger point with their cocaine stained fingers at how woman’s rights are trampled by the anyone remotely affiliated with the GOP, yet still firmly believe some crack pots unsubstantiated claims of a grouping story from 36 years even holes in the story so big Michael Moore could waddle through them.

Due process baby …They got it right in 1776!

The bi-partisan deep state has covered up predators
since the year dot. And the US state secrets act continues
to whitewash history to protect past US presidents’ criminal acts
just like the Brits’ ruling classes.

By cover ups and white washing history, I am assuming that you are talking by the multiple affairs of FDR, JFK, LBJ, Clinton, and Bollocks O’Bummer while in the Oval Office? Kennedy with the Bay of Pigs? LBJ and control of the Warren Commission? Kennedy and the mob connections? Kennedy and the wiretapping of Nixon’s 1960 campaign? Kennedy and the huge Illinois voter fraud that put him in office? Joe Biden’s plagiarism (that disappeared)? Michelle O’Bummer’s overt racism? O’Bummer’s keeping his illegal alien aunt (who swore she was there at his birth in Kenya) in this country? Note: has there ever been a more corrupt administration than the short JFK one?

You assume wrongly. I am talking about rape committed by former US presidents before and during their tenures of high office that have been erased from the public domain on bi-partisan demand – on various spurious national security grounds such as ‘Lockerbie’ to give just one example.

Drugging, raping and shooting a federal judge is a very serious business as is planting bombs in a courtroom, limousine, garage, private home etc.

And Robert Mueller would make a far superior Republican president than all the last dozen put together.

In the last 40 years up to four Supreme Court judges have been drugged and raped, one escaped a bullet. The news blackouts about this have been masterful.

Your Schumer, Feinstein remarks are pitiful JMan. Drugging, raping and shooting judges because of anger at Judgements would see the death penalty invoked.

Kavanaugh is an intellectual lightweight whose nomination process has been a farce. Retired SCOTUS jurist John Paul Stevens, a lifelong Republican voter, got it right when he said Kavanaugh does not belong on the Supreme Court bench. Stevens was my colleague and mentor for 12 years, someone I admire and respect. Not once during his extraordinary career did he let personal political views taint his evaluation of the law. That’s how it should be for everyone on the SCOTUS bench.
